Nirbhaya Convicts Hanged: Hina Khan Shares Pic Of A Teary-Eyed Asha Devi; Says ‘You’re An Example For Everyone’

After repeated delay in the execution of Nirbhaya’s rapists, the four convicts were finally hanged to death in Tihar Jail today, at 5:30 am.  Justice has finally been served after more than seven years, and soon after the execution of the four convicts -Akshay Thakur, Vinay Sharma, Pawan Gupta, and Mukesh Singh- social media erupted with messages of justice having been delayed, but not denied. Celebs such as Taapsee Pannu, Preity Zinta, Riteish Deshmukh, and many others aired their views about the same.

Now, Hina Khan also took to her social media, and acknowledged the efforts of Nirbhaya’s mother, Asha Devi.  The last seven years must have been full of struggle, pain, and suffering for Asha Devi, as she continued to fight and did everything she could so that justice could be served to her slain daughter. Khan lauded Nirbhaya’s mother Asha Devi for her relentless quest of justice over the last seven years, saying she is an example for everyone in the country.

Hina Khan took to her Instagram story and shared a teary-eyed picture of Asha Devi, and in her caption, she wrote, “You are an example for everyone forever in this country.. Live in Peace Asha ji #NirbhayaJustice”. Take a look at Hina Khan’s Insta story:
